Why does not your music require deductions to RAO and WIPO?
Our company is the owner of exclusive copyright and related rights to music material. We have contracts with authors for the creation of original musical works and their performances with the transfer of exclusive rights to us under copyright contracts (according to Article 1288 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). As a result, our company receives exclusive rights to works, exclusive rights to performances and exclusive rights to phonograms. By signing a contract with our company, you receive the consent of the copyright holder to use the provided materials in accordance with the terms of the contract. You pay a reward for the right to use the provided material directly to us as the copyright holder. Attempts to demand additional payments from you are illegal.
What is the procedure in case RAO or WIPO audit comes ?
Our contracts, regardless of the service for which the cooperation takes place, contain information that we are the exclusive copyright holder for music content. In case of verification by RAO or WIPO, it is necessary to provide a contract signed with us, which fixes all legal aspects of the cooperation form. If this is not sufficient for the inspecting person, he must send an official request. This request is given to us and our lawyers will prepare an official response within a working day, explaining the terms of our contract, which exempt us from deductions to RAO and WIPO.

When adding music material to the database, all tracks undergo the mastering procedure and the sound is optimized for various acoustic notification systems. Are there ready-made playlists in the music database or do you create individual ones?
Our music database contains standard playlists, grouped by styles and trends. You can use ready-made collections, or our music editor will create an individual playlist on request, taking into account the requirements of the brand concept, the target audience and the musical tempo. The content base is diverse and will meet any requirements for creating a background music style.
Are there any thematic playlists in the database?
The music database contains a variety of playlists, divided by styles and areas of activity, thematic collections for traditional holidays (New Year, March 8, May 9), as well as playlists with folk music (oriental, Spanish, Russian, Tatar, Japanese motifs).

How long should the selling advert be?
A commercial that is partially heard will not work. Use the minimum duration of the commercial in seconds. The optimal timing is up to 30 seconds (approximately 60 words). As the length of the advert increases, its efficiency decreases.
What are the final technical parameters of the advert?
Adverts for transmitting via the broadcast and fire broadcasting system are provided in mp3, mono format, a constant bitrate of 192 kbit/s, a volume level of 95 dB. Commercials for airing via the radio station are provided in mp3, stereo format, a constant bitrate of 256 kbit/s, a volume level of 95 dB. Also, an advert can be mastered to individual parameters that satisfy your task.
Can I choose an announcer to voice my advert?
In the " Announcer Catalogue" choose a male, female, child, or singing voice. Listen to the demo file. Leave a comment in the application form to develop the advert with the name of the announcer who is needed to voice the script.
Does the soundtrack used in the ad require any deductions?
Our company is an exclusive copyright holder to our own music database, which does not require deductions to RAO and WIPO. All soundtracks are derived from the register of accredited organizations. The music used to record the advert does not require paying any deductions.
Is the advert passport provided?
The advert passport is a document confirming that a licensed soundtrack was used in the advert development. The video passport is available on request and contains details on the musical background.
Do you develop an advert script?

How long will it take to develop the ad?
When providing a ready-made script, the recording time for an information, complex-information spot is 1-2 working days, for a feature advert - 3 working days, for a music ad – starting with 4 working days. How does the cost change when the advert timing increases?
The cost of recording a commercial with a duration of up to 30 seconds is fixed. Information about the cost is given in the price list, which is available on request. If the time limit is exceeded, the cost is calculated proportionally, taking into account the duration of the new ad.
